About Dr. Mark
Mark is a GP and experienced medical cannabis clinician, as well as a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He holds diplomas in surgery, head and neck surgery, reproductive and sexual health, public health and epidemiology, nutrition, and psychotherapy & counselling.
He first learned about medical cannabis in the mid-1990s, though it took another two and a half decades for the law to catch up with medical understanding. Since then, he has been at the forefront of its clinical use, supporting patients with safe and evidence-based care.
Beyond his work with cannabis, Mark has a strong interest in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and chairs a local HBOT charity. He is also currently proofreading a book on Psychedelic Medicine, due for release in the coming months, reflecting his broader interest in emerging therapies.
(And if you’re wondering, yes, he hates writing about himself in the third person.)
